Eligibility for Return
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, you must inform us within the 30-day period by sending an email to vanbitsireland@gmail.com or by post.

Processing Returns
We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package once your return request is received. Items returned to us without a prior request will not be accepted. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us, unless the item is defective or not as described.

Refunds
We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If your return is approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5 days. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange, follow the instructions provided when you initiate the return.

Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the return shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Exclusions
**Specially ordered products and items purchased at a discount are not eligible for return or refund.** This policy is due to the specific nature of these transactions.

Damaged or Missing Goods
